How I Started:
Wow, when DIDN'T i get started...lol! I am your extreme classic case of start again stop again!!! I really started getting into bodybuilding in 1996 in while stationed in Colorado Springs. The I moved to Germany where I was in the best shape of my life! I was single, had money, had all the time in the world, and most important to me....I had an AWESOME workout partner. Haven't found anyone else like Tommy since..."what up Prummer..love ya bro!!" LOL! Just before i left Germany in 2000 i got married. Yup I know you see where I'm going with this...haha! Within the first 2 years of being married my body was gone...EVERYTHING!!! And from 2002 till now I've made at least 6-8 serious attempts at getting back into it...maybe more i lost count. Here's my problem...I love to eat, but who doesn't right?? When I'm not in fitness mode, I just abuse my body! I mean I'll eat 10 oreo cookies and then go to bed. I can eat a whole box of Cookie Crisp cereal in one sitting! Might i remind you I'm a nutritionist...lol! I got divorced in 2006 and even after my divorce I made a couple feable attempts at gettin back into it. But in March something just clicked for me. So long story short...here I am 6 months later and still working out. It hasn't been easy, I'm a full time father of an amazing 6 year old son. But I stopped making excuses and starting getting into a schedule.
Why I Love It:
Well it's so easy to say "so I'll look good". And of course that's true. But honestly, since I've been up and down so much, I remember what it feels like to be down!!! And as all of you know, there's no better feeling in the world than being up!! There's so much I love. I love the gym atmosphere. I love the confidance it gives me. Plus, I really do enjoy eating healthy, as long as I'm working out. That's why I need to stay focused. If i fall off the wagon again, back to Cookie Crisp and late night Oreos....BLAHHHH!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I DON'T!!!! That's where this website comes in. I need help....serious help!! I'm hoping to meet some awesome people on here that can keep me going toward my goals and help me reach success!!!
BB Accomplishments:
In 1999, I was 170 lbs, about 10% body fat. I'm 5'8". I haven't been back there since. Today I'm pretty close, but need that extra push to put me over the top!!!

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Lying down on flat bench using single cable cross-over. Curl bar to my forehead. NOt sure what the exercise is called but it's awesome! There's constant resistance on the bicep muscle.
Cakes~ Just now saw your picture comment... theres ALWAYS room for improvement! If I accepted and left well enough alone 'someone' might sneak up on me... can't be doing that now can I???
