Where do you get your workout programs?
Get some ideas from friends, coaches and bodybuilding.com, but i put it together myself based on experience.

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Because I feel safer, and it motivates me to always beat him. And of course. I can get a couple of forced reps in.
