Introduced to lifting as a freshman in high school when I begun playing football. Picked up my first FLEX magazine in December of '02, and that's how bodybuilding quickly gained my passionate attention. I did soccer in the football off-season, so my bodybuilding was only part-time throughout most of high school, untill I got done with football after my fall semester, Senior year. That's when i begun being able to focus only on bodybuilding. I came in to high school @ 6'1", 150 lbs, and graduated 6'3" 230 lbs.
Why I Love It:
It's literally some kind of body high for me. Nothing feels better than sitting on a bench in the gym with your sleeves rolled up, sweat dripping, a painful pump causing your veins to bulge out on the bi's and delts, and people staring me down in awe . . .
How I Stay Motivated:
By keeping the focus on my body, and working so hard i can literally see week to week results
Want to get in the single digits body fat, then transform from there on out . .
Goal (Long):
I need to get a visible six pack with obliques that will tie it all up in to a nice package . . my lower two are what's giving me an issue, not because of my current bf level, but because of how poorly developed those two abs turned out to be, so I'm focusing my attention towards lower-ab work, and obliques.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
6%
