When I Started:
Jul, 2007
How I Started:
Worked out for a while when i was 17 or 18. Started into the powerlifting for a while before I was hit by a transport truck! Stopped working out cuz of muscle damage in my back. Worked out in '93 for a while then gave it up for whatever reason, probably cuz i was lazy. Been saying for a while now, gotta find a gym. So one day I did. Now here I am.
Why I Love It:
Cuz you look good, feel good, sleep good and all other kinds of good stuff. It's all good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Gotta keep out of trouble you know...
BB Accomplishments:
To look good, feel good and sleep good. Obviously I wanna grow (no, not taller) but to what point is anybodys geuss right now. And along with that I'd like to get leaner.

As a Canadian and former Ontario resident I just wanted to say "way to go." I wish you much success in your quest to get fit. Continually challenge yourself. Combine weight lifting, some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish.
