Having a hard time dropping the rest of my fat, so I just decided to go on a maintenance bulk for a few months to hopefully reset my body and build some extra mass along the way.

233 lbs and dropping. Bench has gone up by at least 50 lbs.

Taken today, 2nd day OFF creatine. Water retention is a lot less now and I'm down to 230 lbs.

I went low carb about 2 days before this picture was taken. Planning on staying low carb for another 2-3 weeks. Love handles are getting eaten away.

Definitely separation of the pecs. They are mostly muscle now, just a small amount of fat.

You can just make out the top 4 abs now. I can see them clearly moving when I flex. Pretty Exciting!

Depending on when I weigh myself, I can be as low as 213lbs and as high as 216lbs. Anyway, about 40lbs of fat destroyed. My head now looks too big for my body.

Back up to 230 lbs, but packed on a lot of muscle. The next cut should go even better than the first!
