255lbs, fattest I've ever been in my life
Having a hard time dropping the rest of my fat, so I just decided to go on a maintenance bulk for a few months to hopefully reset my body and build some extra mass along the way.
Been working out at 24 in FoCo. I see more and more of the Golds crowd there everyday. Saves fuel for me too. I still have my gold's membership and I've gotta get down there sometime.
haha man i like what you said about obesity on TLC. you're not the only one freaked it's crazy how it's all around us/tv/radio/markets... you're progressing very well!
kee it up-uup!
Thats good to hear man. I have my fair share of them, and sometimes it seems that they are continueing to grow, even as I drop some weight. but its hard to say. I guess I'll check back in about another month.
your deffinitly an inspiriation for me, as I am in the same boat. I was wondering though... how are the stretch marks coming as you lost weight? do you find they are shrinking and kinda dissapearing?
Hey there, I have a quick question for you. I've got around 100 lbs I'm planning to lose this year and I noticed that your routine over your first two months has been really effective. How did you start as far as diet and exercise go? What did you do?
