I never really worked my legs in the past. Only focused on arms and chest. After 6 weeks, I am really enjoying working my legs. This is kind of a before picture. I hope to have bigger calves to show in 6 months.

I have not worked my back as much as I should. I now devote one workout day to my back and another separate day for my shoulders.

Maybe its just that my 8 year old son is taking the picture, and so the camera is not level to my body, but it seems like I am getting the results I want with my arm. Is it possible to lose muscle when leaning out? 177.4 lbs.

I love working my legs and I have especially enjoyed my calf routines. If you look closely you can see a vein coming out in both calves. 176 lbs.
