Overall Goal: I have lost over 30 lbs since I started in Jan. '09. My goal now is to take my transformation to the next level. To do that, I have enlisted the help of stevep78 and his Extreme Fat Destruction plan. I want to get to 10% bodyfat.
Fit Status:
Is there something wrong w/ bb.com? It seems like everybody is updating their profile picture every 5 minutes. Its weird.
My dad worked out when he was in the Vietnam War. He use to take me and my brother to the gym at the Air Force Base when we were kids.
Why I Love It:
I like body building because I see a difference. I am motivated to doing it long term this time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by the fact that I have lost 30 pounds of fat, have lowered my cholesterol and triglycerides to the point that I don't need meds anymore. My best friend and wife daisybob motivates me as she is going through an awesome transformation and we support each other 100%.
BB Accomplishments:
Just seeing results, hearing co-workers, friends, and gym mates acknowledge how well I have done. And seeing my children eat better and become more active.

Goal (Long):
I want to lower my cholesterol and my triglycerides. I want to have a slimmer waist, get my six pack back. I want a bigger chest and bigger arms. For the first time, I want to focus on the lower body. I need to regain my strength so I can keep up when hunting or hiking.
Herm has an unconquerable spirit. Nothing stands in his way, not even the hot chicks at the gym, bigger dudes, or gym employees. There is no stopping him.
It has been awhile since I posted something. I have been very pleased with how things are coming along. I have been getting some nice complements at work and at the gym. The best compliments came this weekend at my wife's family reunion. I had not seen most of the family in about a year. When...
Regarding when this "pussy generation" started. I believe it started with the rise of militant feminism that states Men and women are the EXACTLY the same (not equal, the same) and that gender differences arise because of our evil "patriarchal" society. Their agenda is to make men more "feminine" and women more "masculine" in order to make their preposterous beliefs a reality. Of course that will never happen.
Thanks. I'll take a look at those. I don't want to go too expensive , as this stuff tends to add up in a hurry. I can remember buying nothing but a big old tub of protein powder and calling it a day!
I see you've tried a few pre-workout supps like No-explode. Did you find one you liked better than the rest? I just tried my 1st one this last month. I used one called Armaggedon because it had less caffeine. I work out mostly at night. I can go crazy for 45 minutes , but then I sort of crash. I like to work out for 90 minutes. Anything you'd recommend trying?
thanks man, starting to crumble a little bit though. The diets killing me but I'm having another kid so I'm playing it by the book to a tee. I'm actually going to post progress pics here in just a min but they don't look to good cause I have loose skin
Hey Norm!
The mitotropin cycle worked well. I also put some mass on my chest, shoulders and arms and I grew out of my size small shirts. Tomorrow I start working with a pro trainer and I can hardly wait! You are doing an awesome job! Keep up the excellent work!
All the best!
