Overall Goal: I have lost over 30 lbs since I started in Jan. '09. My goal now is to take my transformation to the next level. To do that, I have enlisted the help of stevep78 and his Extreme Fat Destruction plan. I want to get to 10% bodyfat.
Fit Status:
Super Pump, NO Xplode, and Optimum's ZMA just arrived. I like to have in arsenal of tools in my "toolbox".
My dad worked out when he was in the Vietnam War. He use to take me and my brother to the gym at the Air Force Base when we were kids.
Why I Love It:
I like body building because I see a difference. I am motivated to doing it long term this time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by the fact that I have lost 30 pounds of fat, have lowered my cholesterol and triglycerides to the point that I don't need meds anymore. My best friend and wife daisybob motivates me as she is going through an awesome transformation and we support each other 100%.
BB Accomplishments:
Just seeing results, hearing co-workers, friends, and gym mates acknowledge how well I have done. And seeing my children eat better and become more active.

Goal (Long):
I want to lower my cholesterol and my triglycerides. I want to have a slimmer waist, get my six pack back. I want a bigger chest and bigger arms. For the first time, I want to focus on the lower body. I need to regain my strength so I can keep up when hunting or hiking.
It has been awhile since I posted something. I have been very pleased with how things are coming along. I have been getting some nice complements at work and at the gym. The best compliments came this weekend at my wife's family reunion. I had not seen most of the family in about a year. When...

Thanks4 the suggestions, well I can't do machine flys due 2 my left shoulder has limited mobility from being broken. I'm gonna try different grips on pushup bars/and pullups 2 see what I can do! I'll do something! If not strength I'll keep up intense cardio! It's all good!
Totally as a compliment. A 60 year old woman probably has a low sex drive, so for anyone to able to "stir her pot" is saying something. So that is definitely a feather in your cap and not a reason to throw up in your mouth or anywhere else for that matter. :-)
I'm good now. I had a pinched nerve in my neck that really sucked. I went for physio a few times and got it taken care of. They also told me I work my chest and shoulders too much and don't do enough back exercises. My range of motion was terrible! You always read about guys focusing too much on chest , but I didn't realiize I was one of them!
Hahaha. She's right, though. Wait until I post my cooking videos. I mean, like I have a HEAVY new york accent. Big time heavy. LOL! BTW, you're making great progress. You must be really killing it and your diet must be spot on. Do work!
Hey, man.
Great work there, especially in such a short time. I'm really impressed by the fact that you've kept up some amazing muscularity while leaning out.
I got my program from steve78 as well. Quite impressive research went into it. And I loved the workout.
Keep up the hard work!
