We could choose a weight training class instead of the regular gym class in high school and i needed to put on some weight since i was extremely skinny.

I'm doing good bro. Ate clean during "Memorial Day" so I didn't have to pay for it later. Training is coming along well. Doing plyometrics and tons of cardio. My trainer saw your pic and told me u should be proud...u have an awesome physique! Keep at it, you're reaping the benefits!
Are you kidding--carb deplete is killing me like crazy but tomorrow I ge to add a bit or two. When did you add carbs back into your diet before the show? The day before or of?
