To reach my natural limit. I know you are never sure of when this is...but I feel that I am getting close for my age.
Goal (Long):
I don’t care about my lifts, I really don’t care about reps. Since day 1, all I’ve ever shot for was a very athletically balanced body... For me this means reaching 200lbs at 7%ish body fat. I’m not to sure I can do this naturally... But I will do whatever it takes to reach this goal and achieve that look I’ve been chasing.

I want to GAIN 15 lb

I do 4 Sets of 10-15 Reps...Always always get the pump and the burn, no point in doing it if you dont.

I do a circuit style workout

Abs (3 exercises usually)
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Bis
T ris

Start from the top again.

I do legs/cardio every other day...I alternate upper body...
