What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
my sholders they're not from weight training but from snowboarding they're always giving my trouble. they mke crunching sounds whenever they move.

i drink a cyto gainer shake because its loaded with protein, carbs, calories plus creatine and glutamine
