How I Started:
I was always active through high school staying really lean but also not a ton of muscle. Then after high school i started putting on weight and i dont mean in muscle, all in my gut pure beer and bar food, it took until this past spring when i started being active again to relize how out of shape i had gotten it only took me a couple months of running along with a low carb diet to get the fat off, but now im in the process of putting on some beef. trying to set a standard that will follow me through my 20's and beyond.
Why I Love It:
feels like i did something with my day when i get home and the 3 flights of stairs to my apartment are difficult.
How I Stay Motivated:
by looking at other peoples profiles haha
BB Accomplishments:
the first time i benched my body weight a few months ago, it was a goal i always wanted just had never worked for it.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
my sholders they're not from weight training but from snowboarding they're always giving my trouble. they mke crunching sounds whenever they move.
