I have been active in sports just about all my life. At the age of 13 my father bought me some weights and I took to them right away. I enjoyed the pump that I felt during and after the workout. Knowing that I would need to put on more weight to play football I kept on lifting and getting results, but the results I was getting was not coming fast enough. I was still missing some important ingredients. It was not until I read a copy of muscle and fitness that I started understanding how important nutrition, supplements, and rest played in gaining muscle and size.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy leaving a healty life style and the energy that I feel after working out!
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that everytime I hit the gym my level of fitness is improving.
BB Accomplishments:
First place in the Northwest Natrual in 1995 (Light Heavy Weight Divsion)
Fourth place in the Ironman in 1995 (Light Weight Divsion)

Im probaly the strangest scenario on this site, but I was seriously not eating which is bad of course, but i decided to start taking care of myself and start eating and then i decided to start working out to get in shape for my trip, so not only have i gained like over 10 lbs bringing me to like 135 to 137 but my energy is so much better, I cant imagine not keeping up the working out and eating right, it really is a lifestyle
Training stalled a bit cause I tore my hamstring. had me down and out for a few weeks. trying to get it back together again and still reach my goals. hard ass work to get it going. have to save up some bucks to get back with the trainer. plus he was the one who pushed me too hard and I had the injury. working on it man. gotta figure it out. thanks for asking. really appreciate it.
its a coming lol im working up to being able to workout more intensely so i can get my little fat off and start stacking that muscle on!! Im sure as a seasoned pro things are going well for u
Hey buddy, long time no chat. How has everything been going for ya? I am still hard at it on this end. I had an excellent upper body workout yesterday. Chris
