This guy is amazing.
1.) he played for my favorite college football team Florida State University.
2.) he will be playing for one of my favorite NFL teams Arizona Cardinals this season!
3.) he is a true inspiration for young football players like myself
Go big every chest day. Haha I always did flat bench press first, and would do more sets of very few reps. I had to try many different things until I found what worked for me. Another thing that really helps is keeping a log of your weight and reps everyday at the gym.
I have tried mma but i just like Muay Thai alot better...Since Muay Thai was what i started training and learned first i just ended up loving the sport alot more then mma
