Go big every chest day. Haha I always did flat bench press first, and would do more sets of very few reps. I had to try many different things until I found what worked for me. Another thing that really helps is keeping a log of your weight and reps everyday at the gym.

I have tried mma but i just like Muay Thai alot better...Since Muay Thai was what i started training and learned first i just ended up loving the sport alot more then mma

hey wassup man, the main two exercises i perform are the hanging leg raise and kneeling cable crunches 4 sets each
