In 2/2007 I had Gastric Bypass surgery. I was 305lbs and in 4/2008 I weighed 178. I got pregnant and I reached 218 while I was pregnant. I gave birth 12/2008 and now weighing 198 post-pregnancy. I'm looking to transform my ENTIRE body. I don't want to compete. I want to have that look. I always look in magazines and say " I want to look like that!!" why can't I??? If I work hard and be consistent. I need to maintain a proper diet. My goal weight is 155lbs. I am going to do it for myself and for my daughter because she deserves a healthy mother who cares about herself and her apperance so she can pick up the same habits!
Lately I've been trying to figure out what direction I want to go with this work out thing. I want to change my life, the way I do things as a whole. I see women on here old enough to be my MOTHER in wayyyyyy better shape than I ever was. Shoot, if they can do it...I better be able to do it....
Just checking in to see how your workouts are going? I have been really working out hard and kicking up the cardio and feel great after my surgery! Happy Training! Amber
u gotta start somewhere so dont worry if its not much. wen i first started i was only able to do 15minutes. do a warmup of 10minutes.. hit ur weights.. then do 30min of cardio. if ur doin a leg day, do the bike for cardio. for your back warm up use the row machine. alternate. do the treadmill(run one minute, w
yeah of course do cardio. aim for 30-45min. do the elliptical and do ur best. alk one minute and increase your running when you know that u can) and stairmaster too. dont be discouraged you can do this
I am Patrick. I promise I will help you stay motivated. Everytime I feel lazy, I log on to this site. By the time I look at other people profile, I want to train. Especially when I see someone's body that I want mine to be like. Set small goals for yourself. Also find someone to be a motivator for. When I help you, it helps me. Gotta practice what you preach!
