I joined the challenge in January with the goal of leaning out. For 12 weeks I followed a workout and nutrition program focused on lifting heavy weights, circut-style workouts and clean eating with small, frequent meals. My diet eliminated high-calorie, low nutrition foods such as candy or simple carbs, like white rice, and focused on lots of vegetables, protein, and complex carbs like sweet potatoes and oatmeal.
