Loose about 20 pounds of fat while retaining or gaining muscle mass.
Goal (Long):
I think my muscle mass is about adequate for my frame but I carry too much fat around, especially around my waste and behind my stomach muscles. I've read several times that this fat is dangerous and I want to reduce it.
Currently my Omron scale says my internal fat percentage is 14%. I want this down to 7% by July 1st. Overall fat down to 15% by that time. It's about 25% according to my scale right now.

I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%
