So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice
I am the new WPF Mr Universe and Overall WPF World Bodybuilding Champion. My short term goal is to really work hard during the off season to better my weaknesses. I will be keen to show the judges the big improvements that I have made.
