Running outside and running stairs

What is your cardio exercise plan?
On season: 1 1/2 hours to 2 1/2 hours (7 days per week)
Off season: 45 min to 1 1/2 hours (5-7 days per week)

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
3 sets, 8-12 reps. Currently building muscle. (Exception of legs which are always high rep, light weight)
