How I Started:
DAMN...long story, it all started during summer break. I was taking gym in the summer so I wouldn't have to in the school year, and I was just about to become a Sophomore in Highschool. I weighted myself at the end of summer becuz i had lost weight, i could tell... When I got on the scale I was 485 pounds!!! Just imagine what my ass would of been if I didn't lose weight at P.E. class. I started exercising and Weight Watchers, all the typical fad diets and what not, then about Junior year I was 417 and then by the my Senior yr I was 358...last time I weighed myself I was 330, but I have been of the wagon for at least 3 months, so I need to start back up But I don't wanna just lose weight, I want to gain muscle. I am going to college...I gotta look hot for somebody
Why I Love It:
I want to be in a forum with people that share my goals and it could be a real good support system and motivatior
How I Stay Motivated:
The way my tight clothes have become my loose ones... The way ppl say "how nice I look" THE BASICS, but I always have it in cycles I can be SUPER MOTIVATED for 6mnths then for 3-4 mnths I start to regress and start being lazy and eating junk No more of that though, it's this or bust

I have lost over 100lbs I was 485lbs but recently I was weighed around 330lbs

Hey...stick to your goals. You can do this you know! No surrender!!! Lots of great information on here. I am down in Indy once and a while. My cousin lives down there. Would be happy to meet with you someplace up on the north end sometime when i am down that way! Lots of people down there too that can help. Find a motivation...lookin hot for the babes on the campus is a good one!!! :) More importantly its better for you health wise!
