How I Stay Motivated:
Variety, change the routine and the people...even a different gym. Add some fun sports; spin, track, bike, swim. Set small or short term goals that will get you to the long term big goal.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 128lbs to current. Strength in arms & legs, curling 105lbs, flat bench 225 bar, flat bench 85 dumbels.

MON: UPPER: Cardio Track jog/stretch 25min.,
1.) Chest routine: Bench Press, Decline, Inclines
2.) Shoulder routine: Shrugs, Pull down, Delt flys
TUE: LEGS & BACK: Cardio Track job/stretch 10min.,
1.) Leg routine: Squat Press, Leg Ext, Calf

Ha it's gonna be a while before I hit 300, I'm cutting now. I've really only done 3 months or so of barbell benching in the last 4 or 5 years. You got a good physique man, good luck puttin on the weight and yeah I'm a caffeine junkie before workin out!!!
no secret here, lift hard, change up the routine about once every two months, and i LOVE NO-explode, gives good pump, focus and energy.

Haha it's no secret. I eat 6-7 smaller meals a day, with a ratio of 50% carbs to 30% protein to 20% fats. I do some pretty strenuous cardio as well, since I'm on the lacrosse team at my school and I play basketball every day. So that helps out too. You're lookin good, bro, you'll be a giant soon.
