Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?

Buldging discs in lower back
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
I know carrying around extra weight didn't help. I needed to get light and fit to relieve the pain.

Hi! basically its an in depth accountability program via email/phone. My clients email me there food and workouts daily, and i tweek them and hold them to it daily. They also call me when they get in situation (like eating out) and need advice. They weigh in weekly and if they follow the daily advice, should see results! SO BASICALLY, its daily accountability/tips to make sure they are doing everything to reach there goals! kelly
