It's funny. I removed my self from the MISC as well and things have gotten so much better. Way too much racism, way too many a-holes, way too many people that don't life anything but Mountain Dews all day.
Hi! basically its an in depth accountability program via email/phone.
My clients email me there food and workouts daily, and i tweek them and hold them to it daily. They also call me when they get in situation (like eating out) and need advice.
They weigh in weekly and if they follow the daily advice, should see results!
SO BASICALLY, its daily accountability/tips to make sure they are doing everything to reach there goals!
