Redifining workouts after few weeks after the winter storm retraining from Body Beast Videos. One week later into the workouts has been a benefit to reform to reshape parts of my workouts. Now going into phase week 2 to utilize as a base of my body building workouts for early morning workouts from Body Beast Body Building Weight Lifting training. Evening focus on Phases 1 to 5 and personal Cardio Boxing and Kicking Boxing workouts from home. Keep working on a set of base training of weight training workouts. While using Body Space restarting Phases 1 to 5 and personal Cardio Workouts from home. Always keep the body reshaping to retone and rebuilding to keep in shape. While making progress on my personal results.

Finally bringing myself back onto BodySpace... I believe it was on March 29th that when I tried to access the app and website, it was completely down. It was a little frustrating, but it didn't stop me from my day-to-day workouts. This week started Week 1 for the 12-Week Transformation Challenge that Bucked Up is doing for their Summer Shred '24. I completed my before photos on Monday and may share them on this platform when I do my 6-week challenge check-in so I can put everything side by side. This challenge is going to be tough since it is weight loss based where I have been in a steady body recomposition mode the last couple of months. Pushing for more clean eating with some intermittent fasting, a decrease of 300 calories, more water intake, and consistent cardio added to my lifting routine. Got to be a little aggressive! It will be worth it when I get to my goal weight though while being stronger than ever!
