Started when i was in Korea in 2005 while enlisted in the U.S. Army.... got hooked on it once I found it's stress-relieving + health benefits (seeing results doesn't hurt either)

It's LIFE!... Stress Free Healthy Living + Self Motivating Physique = Why not love it
How I Stay Motivated:
Been out of it for awhile..but after seeing Triple H on the cover of M&F, really got me hyped to workout again!

No real pros other than comfortability. But also lack of cardio (aside from a stationary bike)
