Started when i was in Korea in 2005 while enlisted in the U.S. Army....
got hooked on it once I found it's stress-relieving + health benefits (seeing results doesn't hurt either)

How I Stay Motivated:
Been out of it for awhile..but after seeing Triple H on the cover of M&F, really got me hyped to workout again!

just realized that what i used to work out was for mere appearance (and still dont think i succeed it in that)...nevertheless, my new goal is to gain strength.
usable strength and power thereby producing the physique i desire...1 thing preventing me though. What exercises should i do? i...
