Well, I was the morning manager @ Gold's gym Medford, so just being in the atmosphere really gets me motivated to get myself in the best physical shape I can possibly be in!
Why I Love It:
Watching your body transform, and reaching all new heights physically is an amazing feeling!!!
After working in a gym for a while now, I want to be the one who can walk through it with my head held high and proud of my body and all the hard work I put into it. I refuse to have the average female figure. I to become an ispiration people, to show overweight, that yes, u can be overweight and out of shape, but you have the power to change that. I want to be toned and muscular (in a feminine way), and I want to compete.... and who knows....maybe I will even place! (we will find out in October!) If I decide that Im not ready for October, then guess what, at least I tried, and I will conquer @ the next show!
I will always challenge myself, and push myself to the limit! I always have something to prove to myself, and I will not be satisfied until I have proven it.

So My avi pic has def caused some stir... Which is what I was aiming for. I haven't wrked out in a good month... which is when I found out my step dad has brain cancer... I was training hard for a show and dropped everything to be with my family... Now hes doing somewhat better and Im ready to...
My weekend was pretty good. Spent all of saturday watching movies and playing w/ my dogs in the snow. Then sunday was digging out day. Lifting tons of snow is a pretty good workout. Glad to hear you're feeling better. What do you have going on today?
I could totally use a whole day of rest. That would be great, for my body and mind. Things are going well here. Chest and Tris today..gotta hit them hard. What are you training today? Any fun plans for the weekend?
