Thurs- Shoulders & cardio (60 min interval)
Fri- Arms & Cardio (60 min)
Sat- Cardio (60 min interval)
Sun- Rest
All exercises 4 sets 15 reps.
Abs 4x a week 3 sets 20 reps.
