How I Started: I always admired bodybuilders and the pain they go through to challenge and strengthen their physic, so I wanted to challenge myself!

How I Stay Motivated: My heroes: Ronnie coleman, Lee priest, Dennis Newman, Arnold guys like that constantly remind of how far behind i am
