Background
I started in highschool back in 2000 as a chubby kid, and really transformed myself. I was benching 325 at 16 and in great shape. I slacked my last year in 2002, and went into the Marines for 4 years. I was almost constantly deployed so I really never got back into lifting, and when I was about to get out in 2006 I was out of shape.(you don't do much your last few months in)I took a month and really went on a strict program and the profile pic is the result. I slacked again due to the school/work transition but am looking to get back into it and stay there.
I love seeing the results and knowing just what to do to make my body react in a way I want it to.
