Right before turning 31, I took a long hard look at the direction my life was headed. I went from being athletic and active to smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. Needless to say, my fit status was depleted, I had no motivation, and more often than not I was depressed. For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to build a physique to be proud of and never did anything about it. That's when it occured to me that it was time to act. That was in March of 2009, and since then I have been working on my goal of reaching 200lbs of lean muscle by January 1st, 2010.
Why I Love It:
It energizes me, keeps me positive, and makes me look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing results... It takes a lot of hard, genuine effort to get effective weight gain, so it's extremely satisfying to behold.
BB Accomplishments:

I'm currently doing a 3-4 day split. I've been working my triceps with the chest on Monday's, Bicep's with the back on Tuesdays, 20-30 min cardio on Wednesday combined with Abdominals, shoulders and legs on Thursdays and Bi's and Tri's again on Friday. Saturday and Sunday = Rest and recovery....
