Thanks a lot! I'll definitely have a closer look at your routine. How did the fat burning aid work for you? Is it worth taking? I'm considering a fat burner myself, I'm just not sure how much it actually helps.

Thanks for the hints, I guess I have to hit my lats harder. My diet is pretty clean and recently I'm trying to hit abs 4x/week. I'm hoping for some effects soon. Do you do a lot of cardio?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Last Monday I started doing 5 sets of 6-8 reps for each exercise and the pump was insane!

I'm gonna try doing a 20-25 min. interval training post-workout. Unfortunately I don't really have time for long cardio session in the morning.
