Wassup, man...for the v-taper, i live by wide grip pullups and for abs, just make sure you eat clean and hit them everyday to every other day.

I do break up my ab routines. for example on my leg days i like to do lower abs, on my back days i work my obliques and on my chest days i like to hit my upper abs . and i try to rep them till exhaustion.

I do flat bench incline decline. no more than 10 to 12 reps. Then superset cross overs with dips. Thats what i have been doing lately.

For me, interval training for about 20 min, regular cardio 30-45 min. I generally do my cardio first thing in the morning prior to weights.

Backing off of cardio to 3-4d/wk. Will do it all:run treadmill, bike or stairclimber. Prefer to run and I have found that for me high intensity interval training really works.

Thanks. I hit abs 4-5x per week. Lower, upper and obliques. I switch up exercises every couple weeks. Right now:hanging leg raises, trunk twists, roman chair sit ups. No diet here, just eating clean and cardio.

yeah, here are some of my tips.
1. I stay away from crunches... be more creative in ur ab routine..
2. Train your abs at different intensitys to shock them.
3.I typically to hanging leg raises, cable crunches and decline crunches..with a medicine ball..
4. use weights to at thickness and whoooollleee lotta reps to rip em upp........and dont stop!!! holla if u need anything eles...more and better pics comming soon
