I think it's pretty obvious why... Every time I see this guy I feel like just running to the gym and spending there an entire day, lol. Definitely a huge motivation for me.
I think the fat burner worked fairly well. My body already burns fat pretty efficiently on its own. I only did cardio 3 times a week for 30 minutes. I have a review of the fat burner on my page.
Hey man what's up? Check out my workout tracker from the 1st week of September thru the 1st week of October for the routine I followed during my cutting phase (I don't remember what it was off the top of my head lol). I also went pretty light on the supplements; protein, creatine, and a fat burning aid (twinlab ripped fuel 5x). Hopefully this helps.
Sup bro...basically I just got creative with my routines. I went to full body workouts rather then isolating on muscle group. I tighten up my diet and just went hard. If you put in the time and effort, you will most definitely yield the results.
I do break up my ab routines. for example on my leg days i like to do lower abs, on my back days i work my obliques and on my chest days i like to hit my upper abs . and i try to rep them till exhaustion.
Backing off of cardio to 3-4d/wk. Will do it all:run treadmill, bike or stairclimber. Prefer to run and I have found that for me high intensity interval training really works.
Thanks. I hit abs 4-5x per week. Lower, upper and obliques. I switch up exercises every couple weeks. Right now:hanging leg raises, trunk twists, roman chair sit ups. No diet here, just eating clean and cardio.
