Asked for weights, Boxing gloves, bag gloves, hand grips, push up supports, and a boxing bag plus in my earlier years i swam lots ran lots bike lots and beat up kids bigger than me plus my older brother.
Why I Love It:
Because i love the look and strength and comments

I just love to see the gain definition and strength plus i love the increase in agility and the comments form others so keep em coming good or bad

I work out with my husband when we can but mostly on my own!! When I'm bulking I do very little cardio but to cut, at least 1-2 hours DAILY!!
