I just wanted to improve my explosiveness and athleticism. Not for any specific reason, I guess I just wanted to see how fast I could possibly run and how high I could possibly jump.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the confidence boost that I get. That confidence permeates into every other area of my life and improves my overall well being.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's not really even about being "motivated" anymore. Working out is a cornerstone of who I am. It's truly become a lifestyle for me. I'm addicted. When I'm not at the gym, all I can think about is how I WISH I was at the gym.
