I want to have 5x the core strength and create more lean muscle! ---- the abs are waking up!!!
Goal (Long):
I can't believe that i have let my workouts drag a little lately. I'd love to get more active, more firm, more cut! Cheat foods have been taking over my calorie count.... i am so weak when it comes to grandma's pumpkin pie. But i am ready and willing to put the pie down and pick up the weights! Wish me luck!

That's awesome to hear that you're making progress! I've dropped to 18% and am starting to incorporate cardio every day to make sure I'm making an appearance at the gym every day. I hate it though... it's so boring.. I need to download a movie onto my ipod.. lol!
I KNOW HOW THAT IS. ONCE YOU GET TO A CERTAIN POINT IT'S LIKE YOU HAVE TO WORK EXTRA HARD TO LOSE MORE. I'M TRYING TO DROP TO BETWEEN 10-15% BODYFAT AND IT TAKES SOME EXTREME DIETING!!! SOME DAYS IT REALLY SUCKS BUT CHEATING ISN'T AN OPTION.
