When I Started:
How I Started:
around 12 years old always been a big wrestling fan, so i started lifting small weights, after that i just got into weightlifting, then bodybuilding
Why I Love It:
the intensity, the integrity, the focus and determination and commitment it requires and the science behind it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep my mind focused on what i want to get done, i'm better at self motivation.

Goal (Short):
Basically add muscle to my frame and be able to keep up my flexibility as well, i don't want all muscle and no ability to "throw my weight around"
Goal (Long):
I am aiming to strengthen my legs the most, those are my biggest and strongest feature. I want to add more size to my shoulders and develop a higher peak for my biceps and fullness to my triceps.
