I used to occasionaly workout one month on and 3 months off. Over the last 2 months I have gotten hardcore now that I have a workout partner and my brother-in-law runs the gym, I get to lift for free.
Why I Love It:
Its that feeling you have after you just got done working out. You feel so motivated and on top of the world no matter what size you are, you know that gains will come.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading Muscle & Fitness, subscribing to this website and going on youtube and watching ronnie coleman videos. No matter who you are or what size you are, if you start you will see a difference.

I flexed and saw muscle...LOL

This was taken after being off from the lifting scene for 2 months and the day before I started back up again. Sorry for the color my bathroom is yellow.
Have been sick for awhile and trying to kick it back into gear.
Goal (Long):
I am trying to lose the fat around my stomach and pec area. I also want to add muscle to every part of my body, 2-3 inches on each area. Abercrombie model with more muscle! (Ha, Ha!). I also want to continue changing my eat habits and the quality of food that I eat. November 15, 2008 started new products and join the gym for a 3 month membership that previous Friday. Going at it and going hard. You can call me Transformer
To be a natural bodybuilder and to have such great definition and size is inspiring in itself. These are the type of people who should be getting the 4 page spread in Ironman, Muscle and Fitness, Flex etc....
This is the type of bodybuilder that is gonig to kick me in the rear and get me wanting to eat iron!!
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I use my handy dandy notebook, but plan to use the tools on here also.
It helps me to have something in the gym to refer to and push to do more weight than the last time.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Lifting at the gym gives you that extra something, gets me in the mood to tear weights up. What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Weights
Avoid being lazy and not putting the weights back. I hate that more than anything. I don't care how big you are you need your a$$ kicked if you are that lazy.
