I was TIRED of being OVERWEIGHT, Same story as most people, Fat as a kid to adulthood, when I moved to a new town to start over my life so that includes my weight.

All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 200 pounds
