Background
Started working out with my buddies in my school days for enhancing my performance in sports but few months later i was diagnosed with jaundice and had to take complete bed rest for 6 months. While my buddies were adding muscle, i was adding fat due to the treatment. Finally i again got the chance to join the gym in my 1st year of college and i was determined to get in shape but my strength levels were very down due to the lack of physical activity along with that i could n't train hard as my liver was still weak. Slowly and steadily my strength and physique improved, i liked what i was doing and it became a way of life for me :)
Because its a great stress buster, makes me more positive,feeling of getting stronger, watching myself lifting heavy weights, always get to know something new about human body and watching my physique change. Its just amazing.
