I Strongly Believe in Lifting Heavy. While the Technique & Form are equally Important, yet there's no point of Lifting 'Light Weights' with 100% Form if your Aim is to Get Gigantic! I Challenge myself to the Next Level! I Like to train All my Body Parts to Extreme! I Love the Pain, I Love the Pump & I Love the Recovery Process. I Wanna be the BEST!!!
In another perspective...
Torment my Muscles till Absolute Failure by Lifting Heavy, Eat Like a Lion with proper Nutrition at the correct time & Rest adequetly for optimum Recovery... and the Final Answer would be that my body will respond by Growing nothing but that Gigantic, Muscular, Herculean Physique I dream for!

To Get Big, You have to Eat Big!
Still I can't afford to eat like this as I'm on a budget. But when I start earning soon, I will do it!
I'm hoping to get my Nutrition mainly (more than 95%) from Food. My Big 12 are:
Lean Beef, Chicken Breast, Tuna, Milk, Eggs, Oats, Yams, Green Vegetables, Fruits, Juice, Cottage Cheese & Peanut Butter.
Workout days: Pre-Breakfast, Breakfast, Lunch, Pre-Workout, Post-Workout, Dinner, Supper (7 meals)
Rest days: Breakfast, Snack I, Lunch, Snack II, Dinner, Supper (6 meals)

When I become Intermediate I hope to take: Whey Protein & Creatine.
