I eat similar to the 'paleo diet'...which is to eat foods as natural as possible...but I still eat my whole grains and oats.
I never count calories and stay away from processed foods as much as I possibly can. I eat everything from natural sources as my headline states. It isn't perfect (I have a habit of drinking sugar free energy drinks daily)...but nothing is perfect...as long as you bring forth the effort...that is perfection in itself. Follow your heart, stop worrying and stay motivated!

Fish oil, multivitamin, pre-workout (N.O Explode) whey protein, micronized creatine, casein powder, BCAA's, Amino Recovery Blue raz.
I was taking the supp 'PowerFull'...but stopped taking it to save money and instead use a more affordable melatonin to help me sleep since that was one of the main reasons for taking PowerFull.

My motivation comes from the Army and it's called 'Exceeding the Standard!!'...Warning explicit language!
What drives me, is the sad truth that most women are looked at as 'weak' and 'emotional'...I think this is total BS and doesn't have any reference to me as an individual who happens to be a female in the military. As a female soldier, I am given a different standard of physical fitness than my male counterparts. I said, Fuck that, I don't need a lower standard. It's blatantly insulting to me as a female soldier that our standards could be so low. I only go by male MAXING standards and I have constantly reached and MAINTAINED this goal of mine. Raise the standard...I know more women are capable of this. Yes, I have to bust my ass. I run in the dark mornings when no one else is around, I lift and I train for life...and to prove to everyone that I don't need 'lower standards,' Go ahead and whine, 'but our bodies are different!" Fuck that! Just shut up and train!! You will beat the standard.
Ninjasmith Sorry I haven't posted in a while! Currently i am sore as ffffrrrrg after a stooopid ass 35lb ruck for 8 miles. I wish I could do leg day.
