I felt pretty good going in today's workout. However, I think that I lack intensity needed in the gym and out to get to the next level. I got a decent pump though. Didn't really do to much cardio.

I try to use weighted crunches as part of my weekly routine. How often do you do them? I do about 200-400 crunches each day (varying types) but not weighted. Those are for "ab" day... How are you doing?
