I felt pretty good going in today's workout. However, I think that I lack intensity needed in the gym and out to get to the next level. I got a decent pump though. Didn't really do to much cardio.

Going well on this end. I have hit my bulk max of where I wanted to be (190 lbs). My new goal is to shred, but that is an area that I lack knowledge...so I am trying to educate myself. Any tips?
