Thanks! I've personally been asked that question several times. I guess people who "work out" casually can deal with the crap. For me, comm. gyms just wear me down! I need to put my energy into training, and not ducking knuckleheads. I'll hit you back on recharge.

Good luck on your DL goal. I increased my working weight about 10# each month, then the month before I maxed I increased heavy singles until...405#.
