Last summer 2007 Bone structure starting to come through - Yay!!
This was taken last summer at about 272lbs. I gained 20lbs over the next 4 months and avoided cameras!!
I can see my clavicle again! Small victories! :)

OMG, it feels like it's been forever.

I should probably be ashamed that I did not keep on track with my fitness goals, but surprisingly, I'm not. Sure I wish I was where I'd hoped I be by now, but I allowed my life to side track me from my fitness goals. What's done is done.

welcome back friend.. glad to see you online and posting up with the plan. Thanks for asking about my health.. I've been doing good, got down to about 185 and it showed that i needed to put on some muscle...
