This was taken last summer at about 272lbs. I gained 20lbs over the next 4 months and avoided cameras!!
I want to eventually trim down to a hard 160lbs. This is the high end of my "ideal weight range" and takes into consideration that I am muscular and have med - large joint size. I ain't dainty :D
Goals
June 30th - 245lbs
August 1st - 235lbs
September 1st - 225lbs
October 30th - 210lbs
November 30th - 200lbs
December 30th - 193lbs

I think it is abit extreme and expensive diet to do.
But for me I dont need that much because I am already abit skinny type of person with little tummy to take care of :D
Hey thanks for the update, glad to hear your back in health again and working on that goal again. I'm doing good, saw two of my kids this weekend for first time in 2 years.. they were really psyched to see how i had gotten trip and put on some muscle.. let's keep it going we have way too much to stop for ;)
