Last summer 2007 Bone structure starting to come through - Yay!!
This was taken last summer at about 272lbs. I gained 20lbs over the next 4 months and avoided cameras!!  I can see my clavicle again! Small victories! :)

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): To lose the fat. Start = 293lbs Current 251.6
Goal (Long): I want to eventually trim down to a hard 160lbs. This is the high end of my "ideal weight range" and takes into consideration that I am muscular and have med - large joint size. I ain't dainty :D Goals June 30th - 245lbs August 1st - 235lbs September 1st - 225lbs October 30th - 210lbs November 30th - 200lbs December 30th - 193lbs
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 123 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 20%

Yes its Thanksgiving in Canada and this is my first major holiday meal since I started my new lifestyle in January. I'm cooking dinner today, so I do have some control over the amounts of butter, creams and sugars used...

welcome back friend.. glad to see you online and posting up with the plan. Thanks for asking about my health.. I've been doing good, got down to about 185 and it showed that i needed to put on some muscle... I think it is abit extreme and expensive diet to do. But for me I dont need that much because I am already abit skinny type of person with little tummy to take care of :D

Hey thanks for the update, glad to hear your back in health again and working on that goal again. I'm doing good, saw two of my kids this weekend for first time in 2 years.. they were really psyched to see how i had gotten trip and put on some muscle.. let's keep it going we have way too much to stop for ;)
