Wanted to lose the weight and then decided to go the next step and transform my body.
Why I Love It:
I love lifting! It makes me feel strong and energized.
How I Stay Motivated:
Weekly weigh-ins and measurements. Plus I read a lot of the success stories and transformations on this site. My main motivation is how great I will feel about myself when I reach my goals

Goal (Long):
I want to eventually trim down to a hard 160lbs. This is the high end of my "ideal weight range" and takes into consideration that I am muscular and have med - large joint size. I ain't dainty :D

I should probably be ashamed that I did not keep on track with my fitness goals, but surprisingly, I'm not. Sure I wish I was where I'd hoped I be by now, but I allowed my life to side track me from my fitness goals. What's done is done.
Lifting - 3 days per week, rotating muscle groups with a non lifting day in between WO#1 (chest & back) and WO#2 (legs & glutes) then a non-workout day (rest). Then WO#3 (arms & shoulders), non lifting day and repeat. Each movement I complete 5 sets of varying reps and...

I've been doing good, got down to about 185 and it showed that i needed to put on some muscle...
