How I Started:
I have been in a gym or weightroom ever since playing volleyball in highschool. I don't play on a team anymore, but my fitness goals have actually increased.
Why I Love It:
The gym is an escape from the outside world! For a couple hours a day I can focus on my own body, my own thoughts, and take out the day's tension in a healthy way.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results! and working out with other extremely dedicated people :o)
BB Accomplishments:
Last year I ran my first 5K in downtown Homewood. Now my focus has shifted from running to weightlifting, and competing is somewhere in the back of my head as a new goal...?

Yes
Why or why not?
Even though my friends are aware of my fitness goals, it is hard to find support; that is why ultimately I must depend on myself to get what I want :o)
