How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
My son was always around me working out (he lives with his Dad now so that's why I say "was"). He would sometimes come in the room and try to do the videos with me! When he draws pictures of me, he usually puts me in a fitness outfit!! He always went to the gym with me when I taught my classes and has grown up around it.
