I started after participating in a bootcamp near my home this year.
Why I Love It:
I feel great after completeing a work out. It's a big stress reliever for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about how my body will look in a few years or months if I stopped working out.

This past week I felt like I was on my A game. Today I'm a little tired and will take the day off. I hope to keep the same motivation level. God only knows I need it for cardio.
Some days motivation is irrelevant you just gotta keep going otherwise you just feel guilty. When you go to the beach or someone pays you a nice compliment you'll be thankful you just kept pluggin away.
