I was a gymnast for about 13 years and had always been interested in health and fitness. My senior year in high school I competed at the Arnold Classic in gymnastics and went to watch the fitness finals that evening. I fell in love with the sport and told myself I would compete one day too.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge of creating the 'perfect' body. There is always room for improvement. It is the one time throughout the day that I can be by myself and focus on Nicole.
How I Stay Motivated:
I believe that throughout life, there are different reasons for working out. Right now my motivation is the next competition. I always think that there is another girl out there working just as hard as me, and if I don't do everything I possibly can to improve, I could be beat. I always try to put 100% effort into every lift and cardio session.

I just dropped by to congratulate you and to say that you look absolutely amazing! You have the body that so many women dream of having but are not willing to put the effort into developing. I compliment you on your dedication, determination as well as your achievements. You are a fantastic inspiration to others. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Happen to be looking through a magazine at the gym and saw that you were from Sterling Heights. I was amazed because it seems as if all professional men and women are from the warm climents. I love fitness as well and have been working hard to reach goals. Would love to hear what motivates you and what you do to get cut without losing mass. Send me an email when you get a chance. Thanks Nicole.

Hi Nicole,
I am wondering when you will be posting your workout. I am 49 and always looking for new workout routines.
Thank you Charlotte
Hey Nicole! I am want to compete this year in fitness. I am considering having Cathy Savage design my routine, but I was wondering, when you worked with her on your routine, did you travel to Boston to work with individually? I am just curious, as to your thoughts on working one-on-one versus online with a choreographer?
Thanks so much!
