Her writing is prolific and transformational, when I read some of her stuff she is able to reach into the unique female psyche and for me she makes me feel o.k. about what is in mine. Her words are sharp and healing, she is the perfect blend of both.

Asthma from the Filthy Air in ATLANTA!!!!
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
My Asthma condition was diagnosed after living in Atlanta for a few yrs. and magically clears up when I leave. I have to push myself incredibly hard during cardio just to keep my lungs in check.
