Day 4 lower body - Booty by bret and I rode a bike today and the last time I rode I was 17, a long *** time since ..true you never forget how too but It was a bit scary for me, also, going up the tiny little up hills around here was a B*tch! I cleary have zero strength in my legs. That will absolutely change. Good day over all.. have a good one.
