How I Started:
I had back surgery in Feb 05. Ever since then I've been working out and trying new things. Now building and gaining mass/strength is my main goal.
Why I Love It:
Because I think the science behind growth and muscle building is amazing. But it not only involves the body, but also the mind and determination.
How I Stay Motivated:
By comparing myself to those I look up to physically and the adrenaline rush of making extreme progress.

I've always wanted a great body that people would be impressed by. Since I was a kid I would continually read comics with my favorite heroes having the best bodies and me being an overweight 5 year old. Now that I'm 18, in decent shape, and very active I see constant opportunity for me to become the "hulk" that I've always want to be.
