Supplements help give me that extra boost, though my meals enhance the uptake of all nutrients brought into my body to sculpt my physique.
I have a very strict regimen I am on. First thing in the morning, I take 2 of my CLA capsules, 2 Omega 3-6-9 blend capsules (with the basics of natural plant based omegas), 1,000 mg of L - Lysine, and 2,000 mg of Vitamin C. I take a half of a scoop of my BSN Hyper Fx Watermelon about a half an hour later, and 2,000-4,000 mcg of Vitamin B-12 (4-8 small tablets). Around 2 pm, I take a 2nd serving of my my CLA, 2 capsules, and 1 serving of my Omega 3-6-9 blend. In between my supplements are 3 meals (breakfast, a snack, and the lunch). At 6-6:30pm, I take my last serving of 2 CLA capsules, 2 Omega 3-6-9 capsules, and 1,000 mg of Vitamin C. So that by 7 pm, I am all balanced for whenever I decide to do my gym workout. After the gym I have my protein shake, which consists of a minimum of 28 grams of protein and a maximum of 35 grams of protein, and 2 large sweet potatoes sliced up into fries and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Before I go to bed, I take a 2nd serving of 1,000 mg of L-Lysine, and 2,000 mg of Vitamin C. I love including my supplements because they help my extra boost in helping to sculpt my physique. I occasionally use a Vitamin D3 (5,000 mg), though extremely rely on balanced meals and a very strict workout regimen, and sleep schedule. :] I take good care of my body, it is the only one I have, so I love living a healthy lifestyle.

I stay motivated by those around me and what I set out to achieve. Headphones blasting music that expresses exactly how I am feeling, during a workout. It pushes me harder. and helps me stay focused the whole time. Those who think that they can not accomplish something, they help me be able to prove their doubts wrong, and help them achieve their goals as well.
